This is the best legging as for as compression is concerned and I wear it most often and change it with full ultra compression legging that is also from Zensah. I wish 3/4 compressing legging also had the waist cord as full ultra compression legging has to prevent the legging from slightly moving down from the waist some time. Zensah should think about it in the future offerings.

Love them
I love these pants so much! I don’t want to wear anything else when I run. They are super tight, but not uncomfortably so, and the waistband is loose enough to cinch to size and feel good. I feel like I run faster and with better form. I’m 5’4, 135 lbs and wear a size six. I got the s/m and it’s perfect.

Best compression tights
These tights are great. A bit difficult to get on because of how tight they are, but I definitely notice my legs are less tired while I'm running and I can run longer distances. Would definitely buy these again.

My Go To recovery tights
These are my favorite recovery tights. The 3/4 length is perfect if you are short. I prefer these to the full length tights which are too long for petites. I am on my second pair of these. I finally replaced the first pair which were over 6 years old. They stand up to constant washing pretty well. The sizing is fairly true. They look tiny but stretch and are very comfortable. I sleep in these after a hard workout.

3/4 High Compression Capris reviewed
These are great - just like the website states, you can wear them while exercising or after for recovery. I have found them to work well for both. While running or lifting weights, the capris provide ample, if not considerable compression. I have experienced a sensation of "standing up straight" while wearing them on my runs or at the gym. Perhaps that has something to do with supporting the musculoskeletal system in a particular way. The recovery function is also great, there is a perceived improvement in muscle soreness alleviation after wearing them.

I love these capris
I wear these while running. This is my 2 pair of Zensah recovery products. I can't say enough good things about them. I was having trouble with my hamstrings but these recovery capris allow me to run farther without any hamstring pain.

They Work!
I have a hamstring injury and these compression pants allow me to still work out. I even wear them under my jeans or slacks if I am going to have a very busy day. They help my leg to feel more stable.

I wear these compression tights in basketball games and practices. They keep my legs and muscles warm and ready for competition. I'm waiting for other colors (white) to be sold.

My fave post workout capris
I wear these capris every night and when I am home in my comfy clothes, my body feels like it got a nice massage. These compression tights have reduced my post exercise inflammation. I consider these capris to be part of my routine to recover after cycling, running or cross training. My low back, hamstrings and knees feel healthier. I am aware that this product is sold as workout pants but the material and benefits are what I need for post workout recovery.
